In 2006, Tammy started Nexlevel Consulting Services LLC as a means to break all barriers as it relates to how people view change, training, and communications.

What began as a small independent firm has grown into a trusted partner for global enterprises and government agencies, including the Department of Defense, IBM, Alcoa, Aptiv, Amway, and Cook County. Every engagement carries the same core belief: systems don't transform organizations; people do.

Tammy leads with a hands-on philosophy. She sits in the room with executives when the strategy is being written and with the workforce when it's being rolled out. That connective tissue between the boardroom and the front line is what makes change actually take hold.

Her practice blends organizational change management, communications strategy, adult learning theory, and enterprise systems experience into engagements that leave clients with more capability than they started with.
